An order number is required when booking support. Please send us a quick live chat message if you do not know your order number, and we will look that up for you.
If you are unsure of what appointment best suits your requirements, select the 45 minute appointment so we ensure that we have enough time to address all of your needs.
Dragon works in a Windows 10 or 11 environment, as well as some newer Windows server environments. It is cloud-based, so a stable internet connection is required.
Dragon cannot be installed on MAC O/S unless your Mac is running Parallels with Windows. *Parallels is a third party software not associated with Dragon.
The support session will likely require a remote connection from our support team. We typically use Splashtop SOS for this process, so please ensure that your security settings allow for the remote connection.
