There are so many reasons why we decided to attend the 1st annual Chicagoland. Not only for the one-stop event dedicated to Veterinary innovation. We were also drawn to all of what the City of Chicago has to offer. Wow!

1 - WRIGLEY FIELD
As part of the conference, Chicagoland has booked the Budweiser Patio at Wrigley Field, the home of the Chicago Cubs one of two major league baseball teams in Chicago. The Budweiser Patio is on the right field and was built in 2012. The Wrigley Field first opened in 1914.
Wrigley Field has maintained the original feeling of attending “the old ballgame” still using a hand turned scoreboard. With each changing score, the 7 pound steel numbered plates are changed by hand.
2 - MAGNIFICENT MILE
The Magnificent Mile is an area located between the Chicago River and Oak Street. It's name was coined in the 1940s throughout the Magnificent Mile there are endless retail stores, restaurants, museums and hotels often compared to Fifth Avenue and Rodeo Drive.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to wander the city, this is an excellent place to spend the afternoon!
3 - SKYDECK
Are you an adrenaline junkie?! Well then you've come to the right place. The SkyDeck is located on the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. At 1,353 feet high the glass floor extends a little over 14 feet. Visitors are welcome to step out onto the SkyDeck and experience what it's like to be standing WAY above the ground with a Sky High view of the city.
This is a one-of-a-kind experience standing on glass and the feeling of being on Top of the World! On a clear day the view spans as far as 4 states and is open 365 days a year.
